The BRAVE experience,is not just a course — it’s a conscious commitment to transformation.
By enrolling in BRAVE, BRAVE Advance, or any Coach Kanchon program, you agree to uphold the spirit of integrity, learning, and mutual respect that defines our community.

2. Enrollment & Participation

• Admission is personal and non-transferable.
• Attendance, assignments, and participation are essential to ensure true transformation.
• Recording, reproduction, or distribution of course content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Refunds

• All fees are clearly stated before registration.
• Once paid, fees are non-refundable — except under the official Satisfaction Guarantee (within 30 days of orientation).
• Refunds, where eligible, will be processed within 3 working days after required materials are returned.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, videos, and coaching tools are the exclusive property of Coach Kanchon Academy. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Ethical & Behavioral Standards

We believe learning happens in harmony. Participants must respect all facilitators, fellow learners, and staff.Any form of misconduct, harassment, or unethical behavior may lead to immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information, shared experiences, and coaching interactions are confidential. We maintain strict privacy standards to ensure a safe environment for open learning and self-expression.

7. Mentorship & Results Disclaimer

While our methods are proven, transformation depends on your action and implementation. Coach Kanchon Academy provides the roadmap — the results depend on your journey.

8. Force Majeure Clause

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or technical issues, classes may be rescheduled without penalty or breach of contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

Coach Kanchon Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our role is educational and transformational — not financial or medical advisory.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will first be resolved through mutual understanding and good faith dialogue. If unresolved, matters fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
